• Where are you tempted to live out of a “suitcase” spiritually, and what habits or roots have you avoided building because you assumed the season would be short?
• What does it look like for you to seek the peace of the place God has planted you, and how could you pray more specifically for leaders and your community (1 Timothy 2:1–2)?
• What messages have you heard that promise a quick fix, and how can you practise measuring every message by the Word of God?
• Daniel believed Jeremiah and prayed accordingly (Daniel 9:2–4); what do you say you believe that should shape your prayers and obedience right now?
• The same circumstances can melt ice or harden clay; what is your current season bringing out of you, and what would seeking the Lord wholeheartedly look like in it?

Set aside specific time to join prayer to the Word by reading Jeremiah 29 and then praying for the place God has planted you—its leaders, its peace, and your faithfulness there. Ask God to fulfill His promises and to refine you rather than chasing shortcuts.
